How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach out to Everybodyclubs Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Everybodyclubs Floor Coating went
- How we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or is confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If a Provider Let You Down
The providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Everybodyclubs Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@everybodyclubs.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what result you would like
What We Do Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Still Aren't Satisfied
If our answer does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
