Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use everybodyclubs.garden and the referral service Everybodyclubs Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, call its phone number or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Everybodyclubs Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating. We do not sell coatings, prep or coat floors, or fix concrete. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers we connect you with are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about whether they are available, when they can come, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

What you read on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any costs we mention are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job. They are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

How to Use the Site

Give accurate information. Use the site in a lawful way. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. If you want to stop further contact, email contact@everybodyclubs.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this site belong to Everybodyclubs Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Everybodyclubs Floor Coating is not responsible for any loss or damage tied to your use of the site, a provider's products or services, or any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
